This Privacy Policy explains how ryan ("we", "us", or "the developer") handles information when you use Ice Maze (the "App"), including its Solana wallet connection and online leaderboard features.
1. Information We Handle
Public wallet address
If you choose to connect a Solana wallet, the App may receive the wallet's public address from your wallet software. A public address is not your private key or recovery phrase.
Leaderboard and gameplay records
The online leaderboard may store information used by the App, including:
- Public wallet address
- Game mode and level
- Completion time in milliseconds and/or seconds
- Number of moves
- Record creation timestamp
Support messages
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address and message contents.
Technical information
Hosting providers, wallet software, network providers, and other integrated services may process technical information needed to operate their services.
Ice Maze does not intentionally collect analytics or crash-reporting data through features specifically provided by the App, except where such collection is performed by third-party services used by the App. Please refer to the privacy policies of those services for details.
We do not ask you to provide your wallet seed phrase or private key. Never share those secrets with us or anyone else.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Connect your wallet when you request it
- Submit and display leaderboard results
- Associate scores with a public wallet address
- Operate, maintain, and improve the game
- Respond to support requests
- Help identify abuse or invalid leaderboard submissions
- Meet applicable legal obligations
Connecting a wallet does not, by itself, mean that you have authorised a blockchain transaction. If a feature requests a signature or transaction, review the wallet prompt carefully before approving it.
3. Supabase and Third-Party Services
3. Third-Party Services
Ice Maze relies on third-party software and services to provide wallet connectivity and online leaderboard functionality.
Supabase
Ice Maze uses Supabase as its backend database service to store and retrieve online leaderboard records and gameplay scores. Depending on the features used, records may include public wallet addresses, game modes, levels, completion times, move counts, and timestamps.
Supabase processes information according to its service terms and applicable privacy practices. Read the Supabase Privacy Policy .
Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter
Ice Maze uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter Flutter package to communicate with compatible Solana wallet applications on Android. When you choose to connect a wallet, the wallet authorisation process returns a public wallet address to the App. Ice Maze uses this address for wallet-related game functionality, including associating leaderboard records with a wallet where applicable.
Wallet connection is initiated by the user. The wallet address is public blockchain account information; it is not your private key or recovery phrase. Ice Maze does not request your wallet's private key or recovery phrase through this wallet connection code.
The wallet application you use may process information under its own privacy policy and terms. Learn about Solana Mobile .
Solana Network
Ice Maze requests wallet authorisation for the Solana mainnet. The wallet connection code does not itself submit gameplay scores to the blockchain or directly configure a separate RPC provider. Other components of the App or the wallet software may communicate with network infrastructure according to their configuration.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
The direct dependencies and wallet service code reviewed for this Policy do not show a dedicated analytics or crash-reporting SDK. This does not establish whether other dependencies, platform components, or third-party services process diagnostic or telemetry information. Any additional services used in the released App should be identified here.
4. Public Visibility
Leaderboard information may be visible to other users. If the leaderboard displays wallet addresses, other users may associate scores with those public addresses.
Public blockchain activity, if any, may be visible according to the relevant blockchain's design. This Privacy Policy cannot make public blockchain data private.
5. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
We retain leaderboard records, including associated public wallet addresses, game modes, levels, completion times, move counts, and timestamps, for as long as they remain useful for operating the Ice Maze leaderboard, unless we remove them earlier or deletion is required by applicable law.
We do not currently promise a fixed retention period for leaderboard records. Records may be removed when necessary for maintenance, correction of invalid results, abuse prevention, or discontinuation of the relevant feature.
Data deleted from the active database may remain in backups for a limited period, depending on the backup and recovery arrangements of our service providers. We do not guarantee immediate deletion from all backups.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of a leaderboard record associated with your wallet address, contact us at ryantan1963@gmail.com . Include your public wallet address and enough information to identify the record. Never send your private key or recovery phrase.
We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. Deleting a leaderboard record from our database does not delete information independently recorded on a public blockchain.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the App to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Keep your device and wallet software updated, protect your recovery phrase, and carefully review wallet requests before approving them.
7. Children
The App is not intended to collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental or guardian consent is required without obtaining that consent.
If you believe a child has provided information to us inappropriately, contact us using the email address below so we can review the request.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can choose not to connect a wallet. However, wallet-linked leaderboard features may then be unavailable.
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information. Contact us to exercise any applicable rights.
9. International Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, such transfers will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes. We will update the "Last updated" date when revisions are published. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
